Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 13, 2026

Campaign compliance and privacy review was recorded by KC Streich on July 21, 2026. This August 13 update records the exact receipted public-contribution terms now in operation; it does not represent an independent legal opinion.

This legal page is in English, which controls. A reviewed Spanish translation will be published after human legal review.

These English terms cover campaign-site use, advisory public input, donations, Discord participation for people 18 and older, and AI-assisted campaign interfaces. Site content is campaign communication, not legal or election-law advice. Signed legal text on this page remains English and controlling.

1. Use of This Site

This website and the campaign's Discord server provide campaign information, public-input forms, signup tools, donation links, community discussion, educational materials, and AI-assisted campaign interactions for KC Streich's independent civic write-in campaign for Governor of Wisconsin. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully.

2. Campaign Information

Site content is campaign communication and public education. It is not legal advice, election-law instruction, financial advice, or a substitute for official election guidance. Exact ballot mechanics, filing status, deadlines, and legal language should be confirmed through reviewed campaign materials or relevant election authorities.

3. Public Input

Comments, issue feedback, priority pulses, and public-input forms are advisory civic signal. They are not official polling, verified residency, public mandate, or direct policy consent unless a reviewed methodology says otherwise.

A Discord contribution is filed only after a participant privately confirms the exact text under policy public-discord-input@2 and receives a Campaign Core receipt. It is one individual, unweighted contribution—not a vote, representative poll, endorsement, publication permission, campaign adoption, candidate obligation, or promised response.

4. Submissions

By submitting comments, questions, sources, or addendums, you give the campaign permission to review and use the submission for campaign operations. Public display requires appropriate consent and review. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or third-party private information.

This general website-submission permission does not authorize the campaign to copy Discord API transcript data into campaign advertising, campaign creative, public branding, user profiles, or model-training data. A Discord participant who wants to provide a testimonial or public quotation must make a separate new submission through a human campaign contact.

General submission language does not override the exact confirmation shown for a receipted Discord contribution. That confirmation governs its purpose, retention, visibility, and participant rights.

5. Donations

Donations are processed through a third-party provider and must comply with applicable campaign finance rules. Contribution information may need to be retained or disclosed as required by law.

6. AI Tools And Assistant Content

AI-assisted content may be used for drafting, review, explanation, and future assistant workflows. AI outputs should be treated as informational unless reviewed and adopted by the campaign.

7. Discord Participation And AI Preview

Discord participation is limited to people 18 and older. The AI for Wisconsin public representative is an AI-assisted campaign interface, not KC Streich. It may explain its reviewed campaign packet and listen to questions, criticism, and ideas, but it cannot make campaign commitments, verify identity or residency, create membership, record an official vote, or speak as KC.

Ordinary Discord conversation is public input, not a campaign ballot, verified polling, candidate acceptance, or consent to publication. Do not submit Social Security numbers, government ID images, financial account details, confidential information, or sensitive third-party information.

Agent messages and responses are retained in encrypted per-user sessions for continuity, safety, moderation, evaluation, correction, deletion handling, and de-identified aggregate learning that improves the application. Ended sessions are automatically deleted after 30 days. Discord transcript content is not used for targeted advertising, campaign advertising, campaign creative, public branding, user profiling, or model training.

Exact contributions confirmed under the current policy are stored for campaign-only review for 30 days. The same Discord account can privately inspect, correct, withdraw, or delete one with /aiwi-receipt, /aiwi-correct,/aiwi-withdraw, and /aiwi-delete. Withdrawal stops active processing. Deletion removes active exact text and source context, invalidates participant-level derivatives, and preserves only the minimized audit and restore controls described in the privacy policy.

Participants may request correction or deletion by contacting the campaign below. The campaign targets completion within seven calendar days unless a specifically documented legal, security, moderation, or incident-preservation duty applies.

8. External Links

The site may link to Party Party, The Local Intelligence Project, donation providers, social media, and other external resources. External sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
